How to place orders with Inca Accessories

You can place orders with us on this web site, by visiting our showroom or we can arrange to visit you with samples.       We also attend several trade fairs each year including the International Spring and Autumn Fairs at NEC, Birmingham.   Please contact us for details and dates.

Increasingly people place orders via our websites.     Once they have satisfied themselves that they are dealing with a reputable, honest company they accept that there is no risk.   Digital photos are very detailed these days and if any goods supplied by us are not as you expected, we will refund money provided they are returned within 7 days and they and their packaging have not been damaged.

Delivery

We normally aim to despatch orders within 24 hrs by overnight courier.    Occasionally , during busy periods this may extend to a couple of days.    

Discounts

We offer the following discounts:

10%  on orders of £150 or more.   (This is also our carriage paid threshold)

15%  on orders of £300 or more.

20% on orders of £600 or more.

25% on orders of £1000 or more.

30% on orders of £2000 or more.

VAT

We charge VAT at 17.5% on all goods except exempt items or deliveries abroad where they are going outside the EEC or where an EEC VAT number can be provided.

Packing

Goods are packed in 12, 6 or 3 pieces depending on price.  Most lines are are assorted where possible by colour, style etc.   Full details are on each description.
